Returns
Return of items which have been opened and found with manufacturing defects shall be accepted within 5 days of the date the item was purchased.
- Exchanges shall be made within 14 days of the date of purchase of items.
- Exchanges shall only be for items of equal or lesser value.
- Original receipt of the transaction must always be presented with items being returned or exchanged.
- Items being returned/exchanged must be intact, unopened in its original packaging and with original tags.
- Refunds for items will be given for unopened items returned within 24 hours after pick-up. Debit/Credit card transactions may incur a fee from your banking institution.
- No returns or exchanges on special order items.
